The company that owns X — formerly known as Twitter — has sued the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), a not-for-profit organization that researches online hate and has previously criticized the social media platform. X Corp has accused the CCDH of "unlawful acts" to "improperly gain access" to its data.
